kaka_messi
Barcelona should be able to bring in new players this summer after confirming they will appeal against a year-long transfer ban by Fifa for breaching rules on the trafficking of minors. Barcelona have confirmed they will lodge an appeal, which is likely to be heard before the end of April, and if they lose that then to take the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Those court proceedings are not likely to take place until August, and the transfer embargo would be suspended until the final decision. Fifa has also fined the Spanish FA has also been fined 500,000 Swiss francs (£340,000) for rule breaches in terms of registering the players. This appeal will also allow the deals already agreed for Borussia Moenchengladbach keeper Marc-Andre ter Stergen and Croatian 17-year-old Alen Halilovic, who turns 18 in June, to go through. pale-illusionist
Few Clubs will become rich this time with inflated price . Here is some great news on barca transfer saga :- Barca now dont like that rule. They want special rule for Barcelona "We're going to fight because we think this is an injustice," . "FC Barcelona forms people before sportsmen, something that has not been considered by FIFA, which has applied a sanction ignoring the educative function of our training programme."Barcelona President -Josep Maria Bartomeu Chealsea won their case because Lens failed to produce a valid contract for Kakuta that would have justified their demand for a £5m transfer fee. However, this time it is Fifa itself and not a smaller club bringing the case. And FIFA might have backup from some unknown sources .
