The Wolfy among us
Can we have a minute applause this weekend to show our support? We could sing "Moyes is a football genius" Oh, and on twitter, people expect him back at Everton and Martinez to be signed by Utd. I've not lol'ed so hard this whole year. rad2689
Aw, what happened to this??? or this or this??? Ah well was fun while it lasted I did not turn against him till the match last Sunday. I would have still stood by him if the team showed any kind of improvement or if there appeared to be a plan behind his "tactics" but he seemed to be looking to buy and buy till something clicked Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
Man In The Box
In my opinion Ed Woodward is also to be blamed for United's poor performance. Afaik Moyes did not get the transfers he wanted in the summer due to the Vice Chairman not approving his requests. But there is no denying that he was completely out of depth at United. It is not easy for a manager to replicate their success in two different clubs. After all, there is only one 'Brendan Rodgers' "One Brendan RodgersThere's only ONE Brendan Rodgers ONE BRENDAN RODGERS !" Heaven Angel
I still wish they gave him another season... Anyways, UEFA returns tonight. Atlético Madrid v Chelsea 19:45 at Vicente Calderón Atletico Madrid are competing in their first Champions League/European Cup semi-final since 1974. Thibaut Courtois has saved 82.1% of shots faced in the Champions League this season; Petr Cech has saved 76.7%. Diego Costa has scored seven goals in six Champions League games, plus one assist, this season. Atletico have not lost a La Liga match at the Vicente Calderon this season, winning 15 and drawing three of their 18 matches. Their only home defeat came in a 2-0 Copa del Rey loss by neighbours Real Madrid.

neoragexx
Excellent choice Moyes is a brilliant manager I see many football pundits here are rejoicing/cribbing about the fact that Mourinho was not approached for the job and that it was a joke to favour a manager who has never won a trophy in his life. In a way, this could be a good thing. Moyesy would acknowledge that fact and work harder to prove his detractors wrong rather than hold a press conference and harp about his impressive CV when the chips are down. We all know he is a driven man who is hardworking and committed and for the time being that should be enough for some of us. PS: We don't give a fk if Moyesy has not won against the top 4 in away matches. We are instead impressed with the fact that he drew 18 away games (40% of the matches played) with a side as mundane as Everton. So people who laugh at those statistics, well, keep laughing because frankly even we (United fans) are happy. Welcome to Manchester David Moyes. Hate liverpool, Develop young players, Loyal, Same country as Sir Alex. Match made in heaven hopefully. Anyway hope we will be able to get back on track within time of 2 or 3 seasons. Till then top 4 is good enough. Good 'signing'. And 6 year talks a lot about our Club. As Neville said, "United arent about short term fixes". The first couple of years might be tough, and the opposition fans shall jump upon us at every chance. But we are United, and we shall go marching on!
