LeonardoInventions
Gary Jacobs of times saying we are one of two teams after Alberto Moreno. Now that's a LB (of two) I want to see The other team is Chavski
Heaven Angel
Reason: "Samir Nasri is a starter in a big club that won the Premier League, he is an important part of the team. However his performances for the French NT are not up to his ones at Manchester and he is not a starter for us. And when he doesn't start, he is not happy." Still a good squad. Lloris Debuchy-Mangala/Sakho-Koscielny-Evra Cabaye-Matuidi/Valbuena-Pogba Griezmann-Benzema-Ribery Strong attacking. __ England pack ur bags already Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk Nice, my legend Pirlo is there. pale-illusionist
Martinez is now a pure defender huh? 4-3-3 De Gea Ramos Albiol Pique Alba Alonso Xavi Iniesta Pedro Costa Silva Maybe swap pedro with Villa I don't think de gea will play ahead of iker. Also Ramos won't play as RB. They also might leave Costa in bench if del bsq opt for false 9 Sent from my XT1033 using Tapatalk
LeonardoInventions
@ Joe: Man you wouldn't start Varane? I don't think de gea will play ahead of iker. Also Ramos won't play as RB. They also might leave Costa in bench if del bsq opt for false 9 Wouldn't ramos be a better option than Azpilicueta for RB. Yeah DeGea was only my choice, I think he should start over Iker, he won't though. Spain would be mad to drop Costa, atleast initially. Try that tactic as a plan B rather. Iker over De Gea. No questions asked. Better keeper and lot of experience. I would bring in Juanfran. Casillas Alba-Ramos-Piqué-Juanfran Iniesta-Silva-Alonso Navas-Costa-Villa/Pedro Super-sub: Martínez, Carvajal, Xavi, Fábregas +3 Very hard to choose midfield. Plenty of good-fast players. Going to be great world cup! Edited May 13, 2014 by Heaven Angel
Rashmeet
Interesting squads. Spain looking strong, would have more hopes from France if Nasri and Clichy were included. Xavi, xabi , iniesta will be the preferred starters. Busquets over Xabi for me. Martinez is now a pure defender huh? 4-3-3 De Gea Ramos Albiol Pique Alba Alonso Xavi Iniesta Pedro Costa Silva Maybe swap pedro with Villa Iker over De Gea. Ramos over Albiol. Carvajal/Juanfran at RB and Azpilicueta at LB given his chelsea performances. Maybe start Navas over Pedro coz there isn't much speed in that squad or a proper wide player. Januzaj is going to World Cup. Belgium Here's Marc Wilmots' 23 (plus seven players in reserve): Goalkeepers: Courtois, Mignolet, Casteels/Proto Defenders: Alderweireld, Vanden Borre, Ciman, Kompany, Van Buyten, Vermaelen, Lombaerts, Vertonghen Midfielders: Witsel, Defour, Fellaini, Dembélé, Chadli, De Bruyne Forwards: Lukaku, Origi, Eden Hazard, Mertens, Mirallas, Januzaj And on the stand-by list: Nainggolan, Pocognoli, Thorgan Hazard, Gillet, Batshuayi, Van Damme. Very decent squad. Courtois Ciman van Buyten Kompany Varmaelan Fellani Dembele Januzaj de Bruyne Hazard Lukaku Nainggolan on standby? No Benteke? damn. Also you'd be crazy to think if Van Buyten would start over Vertonghen or Vermaelen. Also Witsel over Dembele.
Heaven Angel
Benteke is injured. _ All are CB. So Vermaelen as RB (unless there is a better option). Vertonghen sub-in for van Buyten. (or vice-versa). I how ever feel van Buyten is better. Slow, but very strong & experienced player. Hmm, Ronaldo made it. yeah Good, balanced team on paper but they never perform do they? Should be fun to see how much Amorim and Carvalho are used over the likes of Veloso. Also once again, poor strikers. FFS Portugal, produce a good striker already. Argentina squad: Goalkeepers: Sergio Romero (Sampdoria), Mariano Andujar (Catania), Agustin Orion (Boca Juniors). No Tevez..He had a great season (19 goals) and scored some fantastic goals. Not included because of too many strikers? Once again, good squad with a slightly weak midfield though. The attack should more than make up for it. I think Tevez opted out of playing in the WC himself for a silly reason.
