that surely means Suarez is off & also that you might not get Sanchez..

The first bit is very likely to happen but why is Sanchez not within our grasp? He could very easily be included in a deal for Suarez, no? Whether he disagrees to come here is another matter but I don't think he's out of our reach. Also its subjective how much money we have, there was a considerable amount for Konoplyanka in Jan that we didn't spend at the end and a lot of the money from the new sponsorships has stacked up too. Reputable folks like James Pearce and Barret have said the same too.

Lallana well, he's overpriced yes but ultimately if Rodgers sees him as his man and the cog he wants in his side then I'm prepared to give him a chance. Sometimes some players who are comparatively less fancied than some of the others have greater impact and prove to be better signings because they fit the team & the system better.

But yes I still think 25M is bit too much and there is better value out there in Europe. Hope he proves me wrong if he signs.

SUAREZ TOLD FIFA PANEL BITE WAS NOT DELIBERATE

"After the impact ... I lost my balance, making my body unstable and falling on top of my opponent,"

"At that moment I hit my face against the player leaving a small bruise on my cheek and a strong pain in my teeth,"

However, the seven-man panel which met on Wednesday evening dismissed the argument.

The bite was "deliberate, intentional and without provocation," the ruling stated in paragraph No. 26 of the panel's conclusions.

If anything the c*nt got away with just 4 months ban for biting for the third time.

It was his first offense on the international level. He tries it again while representing Uruguay, and FIFA won't be so lenient.

Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini believes Luis Suarez's ban is 'excessive'

"I have always considered unequivocal the disciplinary interventions by the competent bodies, but at the same time I believe that the proposed formula is excessive.
