Seriously ?

I thought after that "it's not scholes, it's carrick you know" chant I though carrick would've had a few assists, or was that chant last to last season ?

Carrick is quality. Guess age caught up.

He was exceptional in fergie's last season.. but then injuries caught him up and he lost his touch completely.. its the case of every united player.. all have lost their touch.. young nani carrick fletcher

Rojo's transfer now looks imminent. Need another defender, midfielder and a world class winger to finish top 4.

Edit: some of the pics posted about United being abysmal in the recent transfer windows are spot on, woodward is a f**king muppet. David Gill and SAF leaving at the same time has been hurting the club bigtime in transfers.

details on this website also shows how glazers are making money off United since take over. Keep in mind that United are THE highest revenue generating football club in the world.

Still cant believe Arsenal did not get him when they had the chance, they also had an option to buy him at lower price than what Chelsea paid right ?

^^ Fabregas' buy-back clause was €29 million for Arsenal as much as i remember so yeah they could have got him for less, they refused n Chelsea pounced on it and now it may just come back to bite the gunners.

Money is not the sole criteria for a player to join a club. Culture, history, recent performance of the club, champions league status, manager and many more play a factor. In united's case the last year was tough and hence players are a bit wary. But again, i agree that some of united's signings off late have been terrible.

Then why did players join a club like Chelsea/City/PSG/Monaco when they got bought by billionaires? They had none of the other things with them like history, prestige, recent performances etc etc...

Money talks unfortunately & it's only down to the people which you have behind the scenes, who haven't been able to capitalize on this fact.

REVEALED: Marco Reus REJECTS £25m Man Utd move

Reports in Spain also claimed that Atletico Madrid have made an offer for Reus worth around £25million as Diego Simeone looks to keep hold of the title after Barcelona and Real Madrid made a number of high-profile signings.

However, the club's president Enrique Cerezo has claimed that Reus will be staying put this summer as he has already turned down the opportunity to link up with Louis Van Gaal at Old Trafford.

He said: "I don't know where the Marco Reus rumour came from. It's a player who, at this time, is impossible to us.

"Look, he had an offer for a lot of money from Manchester United and he has not gone... we will not sign him with a lesser offer".

Read carefully. I said money is not the "sole" criteria. I never said its not important. Players may join City because they would get a chance to play in champions league and be part of a team which has some good players etc. Not everyone joined City the day they were bought over by billionaires.

Anyway, he is here- Rojo comes to united for 20 million pound. :clapping:
