Obviously Rooney is going to make most out of this contact Almunia made with his legs... Atleast his right leg was at Russia while Almunia's hands were at Finland when that incident happened. Unlike in the case of Eduardo where his right leg was in Russia and Boruc's hands were in Mexico!!! Dhakkan!!! Fletcher's tackle was a penalty no doubt about that... Liverpool is showing tidbits of brilliance and its even more embarrassing that a defender who was purchased is showing more promise in front of the goal mouth than our regular strike partnership. Rafa suffers from the one disease no manager wants - Predictability. Good job to United this weekend although I am still not totally convinced on that win and I feel that the second round with Arsenal is going to be a very different affair.
