Liverpool have the best 11 if Gerrard and Torres are fit but if both of them are injured for 1-2 months(God forbid), then Liverpool are in deep trouble. Lucas is just not good enough to be at 'Pool and Babel is not playing to his potential even now. Benayoun is the only one right now who seems to be the best midfielder in Liverpool after Gerrard. Kuyt is really good but only as a right winger and not as a striker anymore. I just hope Aquilani gets fit soon so that he will provide some depth to the squad. And yeah, I don't think the title race is over for Liverpool as the other teams are also losing matches and stuff and Sunderland has always been a tough fixture. Someone who controlled the pace of the game and let Gerrard be more expressive. Now without him, and with Masch/Lucas not being upto scratch, Gerrard is playing further back; thus players like Kuyt and Benayoun are getting more further. But, they arent really "that" good. Aquilliani, is completely uproven in EPL, and coming after a long injury layoff. Would be surprised if he can really start being effective before mid-Nov. And 'pool might be effectively out of race till then (if they already arent). Finally, any post about Liverpool is useless without mentioning KRAP (KeepRafaAtPool). KRAP is the way forward!!
