I think that the problem this season hasn't really been Rafa but the mentality that Liverpool takes to the pitch. They have looked so nonchalant on the pitch while stroking the ball around. Sometimes they show signs of brilliance and we could probably attribute the lack luster form to a missing Alonso but one man doesn't make a team anywhere in the world not even a Ronaldo or a Messi because they can't outdo 11 players from the opposition team unless it Azerbaijan lol.

Good coach, bad coach, they have the star quality to pull off a comeback, the question is how bad do they want it and how far are they willing to go to salvage their dignity and return close to top flight again.

it's the manager's duty to inspire the players. if one player lacks passion, then fair enough, it's his fault. but the whole team...?

i agree with grimmy. Rafa has to take the blame.

He is failing as a transfer market operator, as a motivator, as a strategist.

And the surprising thing is that inspite of everything, most of the pool fans still dont want to say anything -ve about Him. Reminds me of Pied Piper leading the blind mice.

I was on RAWK last night reading the post in the post-match thread. THere were some who even said gettinga replay is good result cause that would me (more gate receipt, more playing time for aquillani, better than being out).

Surprising. I know for a fact that if United's first team fared so badly against a team in relegation places in the Championship, the whole Redcafe community would be seething with anger/ disappointment.

Extra games are good for no one.. Unwanted fixtures, results in fatigue or worst case even injuries to players.

Plus with the EPL and CL Fixtures who can realistically afford to to play cup replays?

Rafa needs to go.... Bring in Jose bitches
