What I saw last night was just stupidity from Liverpool. What a game and yeah they are not making 4th place now unless some miracle saves them lol. SG flips the ref the bird and is in hot water and Rafa is making excuses now. Maybe going into the Europa is a blessing in disguise, the only question is what happens when the season is done and who stays? (yes its not too early to talk about this lol).

Arsenal - Porto match tonight should be good. I am rooting for Porto to go through but lets see what happens.

total dire game. Even Kuyt who I think has been the star this season workwise wasn't any good yesterday. I can see why Rafa was keen on putting Torres back in the game and his press statement of "I need to keep Aquilani out" as this was a tough game but the trend this season has been that when SG or El Nino have been out, the other players have stepped up to the plate and delivered and thats what they needed yesterday.

People say its Rafa, I think its the team. They showed signs of pure frustration yesterday and when you look at them on paper, they look like a side that should have been in the winning seat this season. Alas, its not whats on paper but what happens on the field and they have simply beaten themselves this season. If Carragher's contract doesn't get renewed, he is planning to leave and even though he has had his fair share of scrappy defending this season, hes another hard worker at the club that I like.

and what happens to the team is exactly the responsibility of the manager.

man-management is one of the most important jobs of the manager and Rafa is failing miserably.

I am surprised how so many (majority, rather) of 'pool supporters still support Rafa. He has won zilch for you guys except that CL in 2k5.

you can't really live on laurels from the past. I don't see how Juve will benefit from him to be honest. His best time was probably when he was in La Liga with Valencia but then again he was a different loud-mouth back then.
