Madhav
When i made that statement i was speaking as if i were a Chelsea fan. With the sheer volume of chances tottenham created you should feel happy things are still under control. You are still leading the table and the GD is still in your favour. Not to mention your closest rival are yet to play the team they lost to tonight. Nope! doesnt work that way for me... i switched off my TV at 67 when terry was dismissed... i really dont care about the goal difference... i dont want the team i support to win the league on goal difference... cmon win the league fair n square or lose it on your own misery... thinking of the next match's Chelsea squad makes me even more sad... so, the only thing that's gonna help me sleep tonight is that Chelsea is leading the table by 1pt! SchneideR
My final thoughts for tonight: United freakin made me giddy with joy, with their last gasp header against Citeh! As i said before, regardless of what happens in the league, i am glad we are giving a good fight. That's all that matters to me. Next week we may win against spurs or we may get beaten badly. Doesnt matter. All i care about now, is to enjoy the remaining fixtures and not worry about the league. One more thing which i strongly feel is - Which ever team gets the title this season, deserves it thoroughly! So there you go. Lets hope we have a good last 3 weeks or so. supersim
Its easy to complain about chelsea now but I realise what contribution the likes of deco , mikel , ferriera , ivanovich et all have made in place of the missing bosingwa and essien
Joy
bayern wali planning bhool gaye Planning almost came through , only for a majestic Robben strike that it didn't work. Well its a mano - e mano fight now , winner takes all , last 4 games will test the mental strength of the both sides.United have always have that never say die attitude , it comes straight from their manager , its a question have Chelsea regained that belief which they had under the Special One. It was funny to see Carlo running up and down the touch line in frustration , never saw him like that before.

I still remember the WC when Owen scored against portugal and you should have seen the reaction from scolari. It was as if to tell your team its ok lads no worries. Thats freakin amazin. I havent seen many managers do that.

Nemo
never, never hav i hated a rival team so much before. not even barca after tht cl semi, not even city after thy did the double over us this season, not even man utd as thy kept epl out our reach for the past 3 seasons.. the handball was a crappy decision by the ref. got no complains regarding the red but that pk awarding credit to spurs thy played us off the park after the gift of pk. lets see them take some pts at old trafford nxt week if thy are so badass.. i hope they do. Nemo
Neema rose where art thou? :/ i vowed not to visit football forums for at lest a week for there was no way i wont have put my foot through the monitor after reading comments abt terry and our performance.. i think i have calmed dwn by now and moreover this is a very sane football forum compared to rest (looking at u orkut) Edited April 17, 2010 by Nemo

People who will say stuff like, "Oh that guy is sh*t sell him off... Oh Ancelotti is no good we need Harry Rednapp". I have stopped visiting these communities long time back. Plus there are still 3 matches left bro... Its gonna be a good fight...
Mel81x
yeah it was certainly a good game to watch and the best part is that Pavlyuchenko missed so many sitters. I figured they would have been up by quite a bit. Plus, I don't see how the ref gave that handball decision on Terry even if couldn't see it, the ball clearly took an awkward bounce and he just let things get bad on the pitch but give it to Spurs, they were really on top of their defensive game today. What goes around comes around. Last week a certain handball for Bolton has been denied by some idiotic ref, and then this happens. we are even. and Nemo ... you should never ever talk sense in orkut communities when it comes to football, lol . One week they carry a player on their heads comparing with the likes of Maradona, Pele(Ohh yeah, i mean it) .. and the following week they want the player to be offloaded. If you want to discuss football there are dedicated footballing forums which are moderated (a lil banter allowed though). I used to post regularly at Republic of Mancunia, too bad am not getting enough time to spend hours on boards
