zophar
^^^ I am hoping to see a better performance from L'pool today. Goal-fest probably not but they should win by at least 2 goals. I think a score draw, either 1-1 or 2-
Man In The Box
So far not so good for Pool. It'still 0-0 by half time. With United, Spurs and Man City held to a draw this week we have to win this match to get back in the title race.
supersim
reina s saved pool s ace twice already torres Gardener, Barry, Mcfadden, Johnson , Ridgewel Tremendously under rated players !
Madhav
So, Liverpool are with 5 points out of 4 games... And apparently,Hodgson is not disappointed by todays draw... Is it just me who thinks that Liverpool doesn't consider themselves at top 4 anymore?!!
Mel81x
They didn't get any chances at the net today and full credit to Birmingham for applying pressure from the word go. I think Roy is either delusional that there's time left or he's hoping for a big slip from the top three. This week was a golden chance missed because we could have jumped up the ladder. On a brighter note, I liked how Raul got on the pitch and started making those runs he is famous for. I just hope they can salvage some kind of comeback this season because its starting to show shades of 09 again.
rad2689
the only good things for liverpool today were Reina got back to being super-awesome n Raul meireles was really good when he came on
Mel81x
Spot on. I think if they got meireles and cole on at the same time they might have a chance at running some creativity in the middle of the pitch. The worst person today was Johnson, I still can't understand what position he thinks hes playing.

Man In The Box
Yup, it happened last week against Everton. Felt really nostalgic watching Luis Garcia, Jerzy Dudek and Michael Owen wearing the Liverpool shirt again
The Wolfy among us
^^+1. Owen played well, I was praying that he gets a goal And, don't forget Murphy.

Mel81x
they were all in on it thats why no one is actually sad or completely dazzled lol. He's actually a boy-hood fan of Everton but ended up playing for Liverpool. true cheekiness. Edited September 13, 2010 by Mel81x
The Wolfy among us
Yup, and during Liverpool's penalty, it was good to see Carra asking Owen to take it. You should've seen Owen's smile when he said no. Made me wish he was back at Liverpool, rather than ruining his career at Madrid and Newcastle... Mel81x
Owen will never be even half the star he was at liverpool with any of his new clubs over the past few years. He was instrumental in the UEFA cup and was a great goal-scorer during his time at the KOP.
The Wolfy among us
But with Owen and Torres as the attackers, it'll be more heartache for the supporters... Both are so fragile...
