i agree Madhav , van Aanholt n McEchrean r d future of Chelsea

McEchrean sure looked promising... But, van Aanholt is already there man... His vision, anticipation, confidence and skill for an 18 yr old is sublime...

Also, Malouda has been mentoring van Aanholt for awhile now...

not Chelsea lol

but on that note, Liverpool should just focus on the Europa and keep a decent face in the EPL, there is no mathematical chance of us breaking ground unless everyone else gets a case of flaky diarrhoea and starts dropping points out of the goodness of their hearts. We have a good team and they will get better if they are allowed to but to think about touching that trophy this year is a fools dream and any fan should accept this now. We have to keep winning our games, focussing on getting better as a unit, get a better striker in front of goal (if Pacheco gets to that stage) and improve the defensive line by asking the d.wingers to play as d.wingers not as forwards and then things will fall into place.

Patrick Van Aanholt needs to do his learning from ashley cole. He was awesome going forward yesterday , but wasnt exactly doing a decent defensive job.

As for Josh McEachran :majesty: He is gonna be a mainstay in the team in a couple of years :majesty: Brilliant performance yesterday. Watch out for this lad. He can dribble he can pass.

As for sturridge yesterday  Horrible performance.

Josh s last 2 years with chelsea youth :

did not see the match, no tv here yet. saw the result today morning, also saw how it was achieved. respect to the lads for giving such a godd fight with 10 men.

also saw the hilights and how awesome is Joch McEarchan :O saw him in action for the first time today, had only heard about him a few months ago. i saw this-

omfg !! holy crap at joshy M. i have been made a fan. i know youtube hi lights tend to glorify players but goddamn.. were not those some sweet moves by our lad there. i feel secure about our future now. got that warm, fuzzy feeling post that compilation of joshy M. our very own Inesta in making. i hope and want i havent jinxed him :fear:

It sure seemed Don Carlo wasnt in any mood to take league cup seriously... All the reserve + youth team players...

Kalou and Benayoun :(

and that is what should be done. no seriously, its not a matter of taking league cup seriously or not, its more of giving the youth a place to showcase themselves and exposure to matches.

i am glad that we used the line up we used last night. even though we lost, the fight we gave was epic. I hope don carlo uses league cup as a platform for young players to experiment and play, irrespective of the result in said competition.
