We werent assertive enough and this was the same newcastle that got thumped the week before that match. I suppose we have to look forward to more madness in the coming months but at this rate, we are going to need to up the defensive game because that was our weak spot yesterday. dabba Posted December 12, 2010 Report Share Posted December 12, 2010 ohh tht 700 crore deal gives them all the rights to IP, broadcast, merchandising, etc etc and for a period of 10-15 years.. i can't remember the exact duration... it was subject to them pumping the money back into the sport in order to help grow it... definitely nothing will happen overnight... the stadiums, coaches, players... will all take time... i think they need to get the basic infrastructure(pitch, changing rooms, stands) on a solid footing n then go for marketing the matches well... once that cash inflow starts they can look at better stadiums, coaches n players n get the $^#^#& ministers out of any decision making process... coz we all know they will only fk it up... n look for their own cut... $^%&$^&^$* Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It happened with Riquelme too, he was never able to blend in th european culture and always wanted to go back to argentina even when, being a supremley gifted player, had loads of opportunities in big clubs. I dont see any fault in what tevez is doing. of course the question why cant hs get his family to move in to england ? but that is a different matter. some players are emotional and cant stand prolonged absence from family.
