DevilsOwn
Whats happening at Liverpool is really upsetting. It started out as a good laugh; Pool languishing near the bottom; but to End the year 3 points from relegation, thats really sad. One can blame Roy for all of this; but very few Liverpool fans shall accept that it is a lot due to the crap that a certain Mr. Benitez left the team with. Pool have only 3 world class players (gerrard, torres and reina); and then a whole lot of players who are just about average. I hope they do buy some better players in Jan and give Roy a good chance. --------------------
hsk_colossus
^^roy is absolutely sh*t ... no doubt about that...it getting old that rafa left with a poor sqaud.. still blaming it on rafa.. we are on 22 pts from 18 matches...with negative goal diff...we were 6th last year...2nd before that...and still they say its rafas fault .... when will everbody realize thats hodgson sh*t...maybe cause hes english....i havnt heard any complaints about hodgson from commentators on espn....they were all over rafa in the season we finished 2nd but still nothing about hodgson?? 2 years ago we beat Real Madrid 4-0 on the same pitch with most of the same players. That seems like a generation ago ... Last time #lfc had less points at turn of the year was in 1953-54 ... the season they were relegated.... 3 - Liverpool's total of just three shots on target is their lowest of any PL home game this season comparison btw last year and this year...spot the diff?? Man In The Box
Wow hsk_collosus. That's an awesome newspaper article - thanks for sharing the info. I so hope that Hodgson is sacked as he really isn't fit for the job. I was thinking till Tuesday that we should let this guy have 1 full season here as a manager because atleast that much time is required to get adjusted to a new club but I was so wrong. He just isn't cut out to manage Liverpool and how dare he insult our reserves and Mr. Rafa Benitez . I sincerely hope Rafa is brought back in January. He is the best manager we have had for a long long time and if he comes back, I can see us getting back to the top 4 in no time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TN8-Fyx7ZhM So true. Rafa gave Liverpool fans pride again. Please bring Rafa back. Edited December 30, 2010 by Avishkar

If i see essien/paulo at CB i will go and kick a kitten somewhere Defensively, Im seeing him get owned, alot, at CB... I think last season really made him a perfect fit on the right... He is making many mistakes while staying at the centre... Last night, he nearly gave away a goal to Elmander on a couple of occasions... Our best defender, as always, has been JT... There are so many good goal scoring opportunities that he single-handedly keeps ruining for the opposition.. EDIT: Nevertheless, he'll be surely missed this weekend... Ferreira up against Agbonlahor, Young, Albrighton Edited December 30, 2010 by Madhav
Joy
Sacking Rafa from Liverpool was the biggest mistake after Jose was sacked from Chelsea. Would be cool if he comes back to Pool , I liked Rafa as a manager at Pool.

Ferreira up against Agbonlahor, Young, Albrighton note where i mentioned ALL SEASON. i know JT has shown a much better defensive display (no doubts or surprises there) but bane for me has been tremendous, more because the workload he has had. Alex and JT have been out for extended sessions. Ivanovic has been shifted a lot from RB to CB, that could explain his defensive lapses now and then. Add to that his crucial goals.. mvp for me. and you forgot the biggest threat Ferreira has to face.. John carew
Madhav
and you forgot the biggest threat Ferreira has to face.. John carew He has his issues with Houllier... He doesn't seem to fit in Houllier's plan, for some weird reason! But, we both forgot... Pires!!
