Scouts, managers, players, etc know better than us... They rate Luiz as one of the top defenders in the world.. mind yu, he is just 22.. 2. he was costing us less than half of 60mill.. 3. Ancelotti never showed interest in cahill, and neither coyle showed interest in offloading him Andy Carroll is 21 and still on a path to learn... All I am saying is that chelsea does not need just one signing that they go all gung-ho on it... we need atleast 3-4 good signings for which signing one player for 60M is a joke.. I remember his first match was against aston villa. Gerrard belting in a godly freekick to net you guys the win after carew owned pool defenders in air to help villa score first. Sometimes he just has his own ways against Chelsea just like Drogba has his for Arsenal!! We created almost nothing and were saved by a miracle (Kalou hitting the target is a miracle ) A replay is highly unnecessary between the Champions League & PL fixtures but I guess it's better than being out of the competition.
