May be its not getting as much power as it wants, this is quite a prob in Delhi smtimes. The light on powersuppl unit is working absolutly fine right. If yes, then hw old is ur console?? Though this problem is not RRoD, I think you will have to change the whole motherboard thingy if it doesnt work anymore by any technique!!
