DealinGames Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 @dabba------NAh never knew any company in india which ask you to work 12-15 hours on weekend. as per my last exp - company timing 10:am to 7 pm out of which you have 1 hour lunch break and some 1/2 hour team break. and jumpgames have one more feature --gaming each week for 1 hour...i.e. you can play 1 hour any time in week your console game( my friend told me that) and about qualification --- every company have there simple Game play testing on which you have to play some mobile gaming of respective company as they wanted to know how good are you finding in bugs. Educational qualification --- even 12th pass will do some time but addon would be graduation in any stream. but my personal exp -- working as game tester is most relaxing job ...you could imaging only you need to know your gaming skills.. cheers anshul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DealinGames Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 exactly only difference you have to play games on mobile version ..which is having more then 20 bugs ..and you have to find somewhere around 5-10 bugs.these bugs can be general behaviour of the application or the game interface and trust me these games are meant to test the employee and they are ofcourse to contains bug.. so just play any game on mobile before appearing for test and people over IVG can easily qualify...] cheerz anshul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DealinGames Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 just to add on for graphic designer.. its the most difficult part to get into this line as you need some qualification into pixel work.and your freelance work you have done so far. bcz as far most of the indian company are concerned they look for your photoshop skills and as addon you should have worked with Tablet (dont know exact name of device used by artist) my last company used to pay enormous to graphic designer but they were having exp over 4-7 years as most the gaming company dont take fresher in graphic artist. try yourself you might get in with your skills even people can try on these company http://jobsearch.naukri.com/mynaukri/mn_newsmartsearch.php cheers anshul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Which also consists of the following if you didn't know. Zapak Codemasters A lot of big hollywood studios (I'm sure a lot of you must have heard of the recent acquisitions.)
