FIGHT NIGHT ROUND 4

 

- L (25) - Win the Lightweight Championship Belt in Online World Championship Mode.

 

- XL (50) - Win the Middleweight Championship Belt in Online World Championship Mode.

 

- XXL (75) - Win the Heavyweight Championship Belt in Online World Championship Mode.

 

To the uninformed, these cheevo's don't look too difficult. But to those in the know, they're three of the most ludicrous achievements known to man. Only one person in the world will ever hold each respective belt at a time, and because they're the best in the world, they're usually pretty good too. So to get these achievements you have to somehow get lucky and stumble across the guy currently holding the belt, and then you have to beat him. Simple, eh? No. Bribery - as has apparently been the case for many - is your only option.

 

DANCE CENTRAL

 

- Something to prove (50) - Got a 100% rating on every song in the game in Break It Down mode.

 

Unless you're Britney Spears' backing dancer, you've probably not got a chance in hell of ever getting this achievement.

 

 

QUAKE 4

 

- Seasoned Warrior (50) - Played over 5000 ranked matches :lol:

 

5,000 games of Quake 4? I think I'd rather sprinkle metal shavings in my eyes. The quickest way, apparently, is to play quickie matches, although we still estimate it'll take you over one hundred hours of dedicated multiplayer play to unlock the 50G. And given how old it is, you'll likely not find anyone playing online these days anyway.

 

 

 

GHOST RECON ADVANCED WARFIGHTER

 

- World Champion (Multiplayer) (40) - Climb to the top of the universal leaderboard

 

- Solo champion (Multiplayer) (32) - Climb to the top of the solo leaderboard

 

Are you the best in the world at Ghost Recon? Then these cheevos are for you - and you only. Unlocked once you reach the top of the worldwide leaderboards, you've got to wonder what Ubisoft Montreal was smoking when they thought this was a good idea.

 

 

 

TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR 06

 

- Play some online (10) - Compete in each of the online game modes at least once

 

- Number 1 (200) - Achieve 1 ranking in any online game mode

 

Not only did Tiger Woods 06 short change us with only 960G being available anyway, but 210 of it is completely glitched. No matter how hard you try you'll never unlock these two achievements. Only EA knows why.

 

BATTLEFIELD: BAD COMPANY

 

- I am Bad Company! (25) - (Online) Achieve all the awards

 

Okay, it's taken you hours upon hours to collect all those wildcards, patches and trophies, so that cheevo pop is going to be hella satisfying, right? Well, it would be if it ever popped, except this achievement, like the Tiger Woods achievements above it, is glitched. Don't get too angry, now.

 

 

RAYMAN RAVING RABBIDS

 

- Rayman Loves Movies (100) - Unlock all the 9 bonus movies in score mode.

 

This achievement requires that you hit a certain score across the mini-games to unlock all nine bonus movies. Except that score is unreachable. The maximum number of points you can earn does not, and never will, meet the amount required, making this achievement impossible. Maybe pay more attention in maths class next time, Ubisoft?

 

 

BOMBERMAN: ACT ZERO

 

- Block Break 1,000,000 (50) - You Have Destroyed 1,000,000 Soft Blocks.

 

1 million blocks. 1 *million* blocks. That's a lot of Bomberman right there.

 

 

TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR 07

 

- Getting the Hang of it (15) - Win 5 Online matches

 

- High Roller (15) - Make 25 online wagers

 

More Tiger! But this time he's not glitched! Instead, EA have since shut down 07's online servers to save some money and forever condemn these cheevos to a life of greyed out misery. Okay, so you might already have them, but if you don't, they'll never be yours.

 

 

TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR 08

 

- Zapper (10) - Post in each of the Free Style, Long Drive, 9 Hole Showdown, and 18 Hole Showdown channels.

 

- Reality Star (35) - Play and beat a challenge in each of the Free Style, Long Drive, 9 and 18 Hole Showdown channels.

 

- EA Sports Gamernet 1000 (35) - Obtain 1000 Producer Points on EA SPORTS? GamerNet.

 

- EA Sports Gamernet 5000 (75) - Obtain 5000 Producer Points on EA SPORTS? GamerNet.

 

- Anchor Man (10) - Create and Play a 4-player Online Match.

 

We're getting bored of saying 'More Tiger!', but again, because of servers being shutdown, if you haven't got these already, you ain't ever gonna get 'em. And there are more of them this time. Sucks to be you.

 

 

DEF JAM: ICON

 

- Getting Hot (15) - Ranked: Win 5 online fights in a row

 

- Critical Beat Down (50) - Ranked: Win 15 online fights in a row

 

- Get Your Mode On (20) - Ranked: Achieve 50 online wins

 

- Rollin (50) - Ranked: Achieve 100 online wins

 

- Ornery Bastard (100) - Ranked: Achieve 200 online wins

 

- Domination (25) - Ranked: Have your Taunt Tag appear on your dominated opponent's screen

 

- Straight Clownin' (50) - Win a ranked match with 100 total taunts

 

The server switch off sucks the life blood out of a few more unsuspecting cheevos. We could say that's a rap for Def Jam: Icon, but that would be both grammatically incorrect and a terrible joke. Bit late now though, isn't it.

 

 

NBA STREET: HOMECOURT

 

- King of the Court (70) - Win 10 consecutive games in Online

 

Seriously EA, enough with the online achievements if you're only going to switch off the servers. Although unless you were an NBA Street pro, you'd likely never have gotten this cheevo anyway.

 

 

NBA LIVE 07

 

- Play and finish a Ranked match (50) - Play and finish a normal ranked match against any opponent.

 

- Challenge an online user/Ranked (100) - Challenge an online user to a Ranked game and finish this game

 

- Online with 1,000 people (100) - Be online when there are 1,000 people online at the same time

 

- Online Multiplayer Co-op (100) - Finish a multiplayer Co-op online game with at least one friend against two or more users

 

Be online when there are 1,000 people online at the same time? EA are really laughing at you now. No servers means no players, and no players means no cheevos.

Rookie - Complete the Game on Easy.

 

You will recieve this trophy once you complete the entire campaign on Easy which includes the hidden passage missions. The hidden passage missions are at the beginning of Episode 1 Chapter 2.

You will start out in a little structure. You have to make your way to the reservoir. Once you first leave the little structure you first see a Genessa Akrid on your left. There will be some small trees to your right along the cliff face. Look behind the trees and you will see a small tunnel. You must enter and do these (2) missions before your completion trophy pops-up.

 

 

Soldier -

Complete the Game on Normal.

 

You will receive this trophy once you complete the entire campaign on Normal which includes the hidden passage chapters. (See Rookie above).

 

Super Soldier-

Complete the Game on Hard.

 

You will receive this trophy once you complete the entire campaign on Hard which includes the hidden passage chapters. (See Rookie above).

 

Ultimate Warrior -

Complete the Game on Extreme.

 

This will unlock after you have completed the campaign on Hard. Same rules apply for completion of Campaign.

 

EXCEPT THEY ARE NOT STACKABLE

 

 

Rounder Chief -

Achieve a Career level of Lv. 99 with the Rounders.

 

Progress up to a level 99 with the Rounders character. You will need to score 999,999 career points to reach level 99. You start your campaign as a default Rounder. Prologue A & B, Episodes 1 and 3 all work with the rounder faction.

Achieve a Career level of Lv. 99 with the Fight Junkies.

 

Episode 5 ranks you up as a Fight Junkie. Progress up to level 99 with your Fight Junkies character. You will need to score 999,999 career points to reach level 99.

Defeat 3,000 S- and M-sized Akrid.

 

Here is another mind blowing trophy. 3,000 of these. I played through twice and only have around 500. Episode 1-1 and 6-3 seems to give you those most count per Chapter.

These are all the little guys, can you believe 3,000 of the insects listed below:

S - Sized

Trilids - the flying triangular shaped insects.

Sepia - the three legged spiders

M - Sized

Genessa - the insect nests.

Defolma - the squid like characters in chapter 4.

Donga - The rolling insects.

Vodoggs - the spikey dog like insects.

Instrument of Destruction -

Defeat 9,999 enemies (Akrid, VS or enemy soldiers).

 

Here is another mind numbing total even with the 3000 Akrid trophy above this will be a long grueling task. This total is for everything all Akrid, bosses, enemy soldiers and VS'

War Vet -

Play 500 Online matches.

 

Play 500 Online matches, this includes Faction matches, Ranked, and Player matches.

300-Chapter Playback -

Play Through 300 Chapters.

 

Here is another brutal trophy. You have 21 Chapters per Campaign. Since you have to run through the campaign 4 times you have 84 chapters out of the way

But speaking of hard to get cheeves, I hate the ones which require online grinding, killing with particular weapons, fck that.

 

Be creative, be tough, give something like Mile High Club, attempted so many times, never got that bitch.
