The two broad options which you have are BBA or BCom (if you wanna stick to the commerce stream). BBA is a professional degree, hence gives you the benefit of working right after your graduation. This might prove helpful if you want to gain some work experience before your Masters (like MBA). BCom on the other hand, will require you to pursue a Post Grad right after it. Not many viable options to work after graduation. And, BBA does have a slightly more corporate feel to it.

That's about the options you have after your BBA or BCom.

For BBA - College of Business Studies (DU), Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, etc. are some of the good ones. You need to appear for entrance in all of them.

For BCom - Any of the top DU colleges. Admission is solely based on the percentage you achieve in 12th standard. And if you choose BCom (Honours) you'd have to compulsorily have mathematics.

Hope this helps

Yup, they are pretty good. My wife has completed till their Level 5 course. I think there are total 7 levels. She was pretty fluent by the time she finished. They will even invite you to French events/plays/movies etc to get you real world hang of it.

Hey Guys ... I need some serious advice. I have done my class 12 PCM and had dropped a year for Engineering Entrance Exams .. So now most of their results are out except for the top three viz. JEE, AIEEE and UPSEE

And by God's grace I have got good rank in two private colleges .. one is Manipal University (around 1700 rank) and the other is SRM Chennai (around 3500 rank) .. the counselling for SRM is on 13.06.2011 and for Manipal is 07.06.2011 and co incidently the results of AIEEE are also going to be annnounced on the very same day

So this is my question and please do reply :( .. "Should I go for the counselling of Manipal (they take full fees at counselling but I can get Computer Science (the branch I want ) ) or should I wait for AIEEE ( I didnt do the AIEEE that very well ) ?"

How was your aieee? I mean your score?

I would wait for the aieee results...I think it will be announced before 7th of june...Thats what is mentioned

How was your jee?

You can always take admission in manipal...If you get a good college through aieee then you can get the refund for the fees

Alan -so is refund possible of the money i submit to MoneyPal :P ? ...

PS I didnt calculate the AIEEE or JEE score I was too afraid

Yeah i think so...But i think there are better colleges which you can get through aieee....So wait for that...From what i am hearing results may be out as soon as 27th of this month

Even i have written both aieee and jee...Its better to take decisions after the results...Results always mess up the plans

I wrote viteee...got AIR 81...getting 50% waiver...but i am not going :P

Good that you are deciding to take up French seriously now. I have done Spanish before from a Private tutor and learnt it for 8 months which really helped. I suggest you even think of learning Spanish as (strictly IMO) it is a much more beautiful language than French.
