Zeehunter
for the question of 360 limping; it all depends how well the next UE update turns out to be xbox 360 is a console running primarily on UE (thanks to close to PC arch); whereas ps3 has usually faired poorly with UE What is UE ?? MarketTantrik
UE = Unreal Engine. Thats not exactly true. Gears and Mass Effect are the two big name exclusives running on UE 3. Halo and Alan Wake have their own engines. Bayonetta + Vanquish, Resident Evil 5 + Lost Planet run on different engines and most performed better on the X360. Even the CoD series have their own engine and run equal to or better on the X360. Its more about the developers' familiarity with the architecture and the ease of squeezing juice of of the hardware than anything else. The performance difference between Bayonetta and Vanquish on the PS3 illustrates how important hardware familiarity is.
