WhiteWolf
So even lowest is better then highest of vcr That's coz XO version is capped at 30 by devs & PS4 version is capped at 60. .Frame-rate dips are sometimes massive on PS4 as it's not locked for some reason....Why can't they just lock the frame-rate? :| According to DF Deeper analysis reveals that PS4 frame-rates can vary significantly depending on the effects work at play, resulting in variable controller latency and some on-screen judder For its part, performance on Xbox One is palpably lower - massively so judged by the numbers alone, but the experience itself is more consistent overall. But overall PS4 is the clear winner in performance - Hands down ..... XO version looks really good tho...XboxOne owners must buy it if they have not played the last-gen version and as DF said experience is great on XO as well... DF Full Analysis coming soon plus comparison with PC version

KnackChap
Just Stawp already 90 % of 60fps games you play on consoles have fluctuating framerates. cod, rage, gow, fifa, and even the racing games. only titles that are locked at 60 must be racing simulators and fighting games and even that is not certain. Big Boss
Personally I can't stand massive framerate drops (which supposedly happen a lot in ps4 version) as it really takes you away from the experience. I would take a consistent 30fps over stuttering and variable 60fps anyday. But that's just me though. This my friends, is Xbone's target audience.
