Spacescreamer Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 ^^ I dont know if this ll be of too much help, but the stuttering + ffwding of the scene to catch up with the audio happened with me in UC2 I thought there was a problem with the disc, so got it checked with a friend on his ps3, and it was running fine. So i gave the disc to him and got myself a new one.. this one ran fine. So try a different disc from the problematic area. Ne0 Posted February 18, 2012 Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 OK, maybe I'm the last one on this forum to play the game .... but better late than never....inspite of all the bad-mouthing the game got here, I'm a huge fan of UC 2 and I just couldn't resist getting a copy when I saw one on the stores while shopping today. Played the first four chapters, and I've to say, I'm slightly disappointed, the game plays more like Heavy Rain - too many cut scenes & QTEs. That whole roof-top chase was spoilt for me due to the sluggish controls and linear platforming. They should've gone with something like AC-2 where the roof top chases were an absolute delight ! But the good side is the amazing graphics....and the character models are some of the best I've seen. And the game does play out like a movie. Let us see if it improves later on. I'm able to take down most of them, but one moron is just out of sight of the sniper scope and if I come out of cover, he blasts me ! Anyway, it was late in the night....so I'll try again today.
