If they have to add him, they will be adding totally different moves, and thus make him a generic character with just the skin of kratos. Besides Kratos being in Mortal Kombat is the least thing i would expect.Now MS foolishly adding Gears of War and Call of Duty characters in it.. WTF clearly shows how creatively bankrupt Microsoft's IP's are that they have to use a generic COD/space marine as an exclusive character in a versus fighting game. the COD character better be from the real COD game and not the tryarch imitations.
