Its good to see developers focusing on the PC and making it their lead platform, these consoles are just expensive useless crap. Its ridiculous to see the hate brigade, realize already please that PC is superior in every way, I bet you would not have complained if PC also got 32 players instead of 64 eh?

On one you say MW 3 is going to drown BF 3 and then complain about not getting the same deal for consoles, you dont even deserve a BF 3 on consoles.

DICE Dev: Some 'Console gamers have really no idea' on what a modern PC is capable of

GB: "I dont know why but some PlayStation 3 fans are disappointed by the recent demonstration of Battlefield 3. According to us it looked pretty phenomenal and come on...you cant really expect it be out perform a full blown gaming PC." (Battlefield 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

whatever knowledge i have of pc and consoles....imho i think if you buy the latest pc tech out there today only ...you are already ahead of PS4 and xbox 420 ...in a way MT here along with babloos i think already own tech more powerful than next gen consoles..

It's quite sad actually. When the PC actually gets a decent port for a change, the players hang on to it for dear life coz you really don't know when the next decent PC game is coming out. Beggars with Rs 50,000 PCs can't be choosers ;)

You're kidding right? I thought it was the lead platform for the devs as far as this game is concerned.

DICE Favoring Xbox on Consoles After Cursing Out PS3 Fans

Despite all of us being told the other day that those of us who pursued a better gaming experience on our console of choice are "Bullsh*t" (quote from DICE) when it was the Sony PlayStation 3 being discussed DICE's actions have revealed that they will favor a console, just not Sony's. Ironically in a twist of events DICE has just revealed that although they publicly denied any potential benefit existed to learning the architecture of the PS3, they have created an "awesome" "special lighting effect" for the Microsoft Xbox 360 version of the console Battlefield 3 game.

First Person Shooter developer DICE rep Andersson "we have a special lighting solution on Xbox 360 as well that we haven’t talked about yet" was sent as a response to fan-asked questions about the game. Even though just days ago the developer completely shot down console owners on Sony's more powerful gaming hardware hoping to see an edge on the console version of the game, perhaps a higher player limit online or graphical enhancements, it appears now that DICE is actually favoring the least powerful hardware the game will be released on instead. Regardless of your gaming beliefs or development philosophy this is the perfect recipe for a PR disaster. Is this a publicity stunt or does DICE honestly think that gamers on PS3 asking for enhancements should be verbally abused while Xbox 360 owners get the only console enhancements. Either way, keep it classy DICE, or not...

DICE Tries To Put End To Battlefield 3 Controversy, Sends One Last Message To Gamers

Last Thursday on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon was supposed to be a time of jubilee for DICE, the makers of Battlefield 3, and gamers alike. But what first was an awesome show, turned into a controversy between console and PC fans, with certain PS3 owners expressing disappointment with the quality of the PS3 footage shown on the show. Even Xbox 360 was brought in the mix and DICE has rarely said anything concerning said platform.
