phreak Posted December 22, 2010 Author Report Share Posted December 22, 2010 gfx card is very imp for good video streaming :| i will suggest you take GIGABYTE GA-H55M-D2H - 4.25K Intel Core i7 860 - 14K ATI 5450 - 3.75K Seagate Barracuda 500GB- 1.85K Corasair 2GB Ram DDR3 X2 - 2.6K that should do it i guess .. a good PC .. around 26.45 K 8K for GFX card + MOBO check my above post .. all prices taken from theitwares.com and ebay.in 4gb ram i already have. And pc, bought Acer 24 inch LED screen I5 processor Intel Motherboard dh55tc Nvidia graphic card geforce 8400gs 4gb ddr3 ram Kingston internal 500gb Kingston dual hp dvd writer Cooler master cabinet Death adder Mouse (Still to come) and Lycosa Keyboard comments please Also with nvidia graphic card, video streaming(hd upscales) is not good, so ll prolly replace that with ATI? Nope, it has nothing to do with the card being Nvdia. Could you explain the "not good" part, which player you were using and the resolution of the videos? Also what do you mean by streaming? I can guarantee that the problem is not with Nvidia. There might be a problem with the particular card you are using though. Try mpc (media player classic) + cccp (combined community codec pac) and see if it works fine. And yeah, never heard of Kingston HDDs. Its probably an SSD.
