well then can i get lga 1156 and on board graphics card for 10k approx?

 

if not.. its okay , cos i ll be playing ps3 mostly on monitor.. will gfx card make a diff?

gfx card is very imp for good video streaming :|

 

i will suggest you take

 

 

GIGABYTE GA-H55M-D2H - 4.25K

Intel Core i7 860 - 14K

ATI 5450 - 3.75K

Seagate Barracuda 500GB- 1.85K

Corasair 2GB Ram DDR3 X2 - 2.6K

that should do it i guess .. a good PC .. around 26.45 K

Anyway good to see you decided on a good monitor, enjoy. Tritton is a great choice for the headset if you want one for the ps3, there are so many guys in IVG using it.

Ok, first of all thanks everyone for the help :hug: sply sackboy for the pc parts :)

 

I bought ps3 320gb as i didn't get move bundle anywhere near my home at sony outlets :( (manager says its ouyt of stock) Ll buy eye seperately.

 

And pc, bought

 

Acer 24 inch LED screen

I5 processor

Intel Motherboard dh55tc

Nvidia graphic card geforce 8400gs

4gb ddr3 ram

Kingston internal 500gb Kingston

dual hp dvd writer

Cooler master cabinet

Death adder Mouse (Still to come)

and Lycosa Keyboard

Also with nvidia graphic card, video streaming(hd upscales) is not good, so ll prolly replace that with ATI?

Nope, it has nothing to do with the card being Nvdia.

 

Could you explain the "not good" part, which player you were using and the resolution of the videos? Also what do you mean by streaming? Where you streaming the videos from your pc to ps3?

No generally on the pc, it stutters a lot (video) playback. tried on kmplayer n vlc

I re-installed nvidia drivers and the its working much better now.. almost 80% better

 

the guy at the shop is ready to replace this one with ATI one, should i make a deal or let it go? if i want to replace i have to do it now cos after sometime, i wont be able to replace it..

I can guarantee that the problem is not with Nvidia. There might be a problem with the particular card you are using though.

 

Try mpc (media player classic) + cccp (combined community codec pac) and see if it works fine.

 

And yeah, never heard of Kingston HDDs. Its probably an SSD.

He said it's a 500GB one. I'm sure you will have to sell both your kidneys & your liver to get a 500GB SSD. :|

 

LOL yeah, good point. Well I checked ebay, kingston's site etc. and can't find a HDD mentioned anywhere. Best to check from the device manager.

get gtx 460 764mb nvidia card...supports dx11 and 3d also...no problem for atleast 3-4 years i guess :P

or get ati hd 57XX(xx becz i dont remember the number) cheaper than gtx 460 but if u dont play heavy games its damn good other gtx 460 fuk them all....

i got two cards one gtx 480 and another one gtx 460 and i must say gtx 460 is really really good :good:
