If at the time they said exclusives were a big deal then I don't know what Xbox fans would have said because Xbox didnt have a varied stable of exclusives and didn't have the power either. The stance hasn't changed. PlayStation Pro may not be the most powerful but it still has the exclusives. The only thing that has changed now is Xbox is more powerful. Just realized that my current backlog is immense Just off the top of my head, I have Shadow of War, ACO, FM7 and CODWW2 to finish. I also have HZD dlc to get around to. Then there is the Xbox One X enhanced games that I never got around to finishing. Like GOW4, H5 and FH3. I remembered it to be more stunning on the ps3 but now that I look at it, I don't know, its kinda meh. Was expecting something more in the lines like what was done to GTA V. But unlike other Rockstar games, this game didn't really hold my attention back then and I highly doubt that it will be able to do so now. I think I will wait for it to hit the bargain bin and pick it up then when there is a real lull in new game releases. Early summer next year.
