The negative aspect is that this means I lose out on some great conversation.

No you don't, if there is to be a conversation then the game will only skip to the destination once the conversation is over.

No there is a lot awesome chatting in between a drive which will be missed when we make the partner drive and yea just go drive a car with your partner and see if he(partner) is sitting mum till you reach the destination. No.

Well...the game drags at times, pacing is f**ked. I mean the main-story doesn't move forward as it should have, in the end it all seems rushed up.

Gameplay wise, beyond the interrogations, rest is all botched up. I had lil trouble there but later when I figured it it all smooth sail...but interrogation part wasn't very convincing, most of the time they had exaggerated emotions, it always becomes choosing either the Yes or Doubt. Zeroing on No is easier, accuse and if you have an evidence show it up or back out.

They all seem to run from dicks and cops and are hardened up to open fire. Some of the hold-ups, in street crimes, seem silly. They loot up the place and stay there until these dicks show up.

What they seriously lack is forensic investigation, with lack of modern gadgetry, it would have been really difficult yet something which I missed, it would have made Homicide awesome.

I like the game because of its novelty, and superb efforts for recreating the 1940's LA. Biggest regret remains here that all this got wasted since story is very linear and doesn't leave/make you enjoy the city and open-world environment. While collecting, I discovered a beautiful mini-golf course, only it was interactive. :|

HR didn't have it either, replaying chapters to see alternate ending...it doesn't match with the experience you have first time when you don't force the events and let the story progress naturally according to your actions.

I mean it's lot hit n miss, the point you have to choose amongst 3 routes you might end up choosing the wrong one and screwing up the entire ending. Next time if you get it right you won't get the same satisfaction as you would have got it on getting the route right on first attempt.

What I'm disappointed with is Noire will not have more DLCs beyond the one's planned in July, many will not even get these. They should better plan an

Finished Naked City. Fun case. Should've been in the full game imo.

Ya good case that.

BTW It seems they removed Burglary desk from the game, I restarted the Homicide and skipper mentions that Cole has been moved from Burglary to Homicide....So seems they removed the Burglary which supposed to come after Traffic and before Homicide.

I don't think it has been removed. Just a little reference to the fact that Cole has been working hard to get to the top ranks. Perhaps they didn't think Burglary would lead to interesting cases, so they skipped over that part. The game is already quite long as it is.
