Moving to Gurgaon from Mumbai........ Need tips and info about accomodation......

WTF I have never heard of these stories , my cousin bro lives in South City 2 in apartment off course and I frequently visit to Gurgaon , never heard this much out of control stuff :fear: , I enjoy driving 100+kmph on the awesome highways which is impossible on Delhi roads. :P

you just have to have connections to get through :)

every morning use to see atleast one sumo/tavera turned upside down or crashed to the road dividers :P

Gurgaon is otherwise a thief heaven. So, staying in an apptt will give u some protection. Also, your own vehicle will again protect you a bit at least against the lesser gundas who loot you on the road (For bigger gundas, even car won't help as they can stop you at gunpoint in broad day light in the middle of the road)

 

This city sounds like a GTA game. :D

exactly .. i hv been living here for last 9 yrs and i also never heard about all these beeches ranting about :ack:

 

I agree that there is no public transport but leaving that its a good city ..good malls,roads, and crime rate just like any other good city :)

 

probably it depends upon the place u live .. i also live in an apartment near South City 2 :fear:

Meh.. GGN is okay as a place to work. As for a place to live.. Even I admit its pretty sad as of now. Traffic, driving is a mess.Same case with civic infrastructure.

 

As for the pic of the crappy blueline bus. Those things are on their way out... I cant even remember the last time I sat in a bus like that one.. Welcome to the new age of delhi/ncr public transport..
