That's the entry. Most are around 40-50k. There are quite a few which are upto 1l pm (non-furnished). The service apartments go for crazy rents. The highest priced apartments are right now the ones which overlook the golf course with a bird's eye view of open air toilets

Exactly,South Mumbai has rates of around 1 lacs per sq. ft for buying flats.

If you're comparing South Bombay please compare with Fifth Avenue - that's one of the most expensive places in the world you're talking about. Most expensive places in NCR are Amrita Shergill Marg / Jorbagh / Golf Links. Well - the most expensive are the ones around India Gate but that all belongs to the government - the IAS bungalows are brilliant.

 

The expensive properties in Gurgaon are still cheap for buying - 10k - 15k per square feet (Golf Course Road / DLF Phase V). The only thing is that the flats are large (compared to Bombay or Cal) - 2000 sqft up, so the cost involved is large.

Yes it's confirmed 99.9%............ I'll be getting promoted on paper.....

 

But the comments in this thread are mixed about the place, but mostly sound scary........ Is it REALLY such a dangerous place....???? And honestly, I can't afford a two-wheeler....... Looks like traveling might be a problem..........
