Ever since the PS3 got hacked, everyone's just been running around like headless chicken saying Sony will do this and that. They haven't done anything yet barring sue a couple of dudes. +1 +fookin1 Indian's have jugad for everything.. And then in turn it will spread to the other two systems, guaranteed. Its been the norm on the PC for years now and its all but killed the second hand industry there. Publishers would love to take up the excuse of piracy and run with it. Sony hasn't done anything. Its only been what, 20-30 days since the exploit was found? 10-15 days since CFWs and Homebrews started coming out? And we have already had 2 lawsuits in that little time. The response will come, its just a matter of time. There is no way they are gonna sit by and let it slide. Only question is will legit users get caught in the crossfire? Not only used games industry is in danger but also rental one . Rental games for consoles r hardly seen in India but in western countries its very popular . Sony and other publishers will think 100 times before implementing this And these is one of the reasons why ppl prefer Disc version over Download version .
