I am playing fifa manager for past 6 years now, and I still find it difficult to keep floating without winning every game in FUT. That is to say something when I have never lost any cup or league in manager mode for past three fifa games now, even though I sim most of them games. heck, in 09, I got my club cash reserve to highest possible value (2^31) in ten years. I ain't bad by any chance, atleast not in manager mode or fifa manager. its just that this is created for people who can either win 3-0 in every game, or can pay to buy cards. also, i tried only once, and found it very weird that i can buy a gold player card and after 10 matches, i have to again renew the contract. if i would have played those first 10 matches against online players, I might have had enough to survive, but playing offline on professional or lower difficulty sucks. I never got enough points in a game to buy a silver player even. so, after 10 matches all of them gone, and hardly any money to renew contract. I had the same impression of FUT until now..when i started off i had the same issues, Buying cards and finding it annoying to manage contracts and having less coins. Now after two months im addicted to FUT and havent touched Manager mode in weeks. I find FUT more challenging than MM anyday. Oh and i havent spent real money for any card packs and already have 650 players and club value of 35 million with second being FUNanywhere and Danny with 6 million. They dont play tho. U just have to slog in the beginning to get decent players via the default tournaments, and when u run out of contracts rotate the squad or worse buy a bronze pack (400 coins) these come with lots of contract cards so u're good to go. For a better deal go for the Premium jumbo pack for 1.5k with 24 bronze cards...thats how u build ur team ..and soon ur coins will be spent less on contracts and u can move on to silver and gold offerings. The only problem is that the default tournaments have bad rewards...then u move on to the featured tournaments that are tough to compete in but give huge amounts of rewards...like only gold players from 1 league but different nationalities. And the cycle continues......Featured tournament last for a set time so u got to be quick and this is what makes FUT interesting!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
