Heres the info A fighting tournament will take place on the 27th of Feb -- a week after the release of the much anticipated Marvel vs. Capcom 3. There will be THREE games in which players can compete: Super Street Fighter IV, Tekken 6 and Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Entry fees as follows: INR 200 for a single game or INR 400 for all three games put together. Registrations will be open from Feb 4th onwards on Blur Level 6. Call 044-43920-328 for more info on registrations. SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV Format: 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, Double Elimination, 99 Seconds, No Handicap Console: PlayStation 3 Rules: If the players do not agree on a stage within 15 seconds, the match will be random stage select. Winner must keep the same character, but can select a new ultra in game 2 or 3, but has to pick the ultra before the opponent picks theirs. This does not apply to blind pick. MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3 Format: Double Elimination, 2/3 Games Console: Playstation 3 Rules: Winner must keep same starting character, but can switch the order of assists. TEKKEN 6 Format: Double Elimination, 3/5 Rounds, 2/3 Games, 60 Seconds Console: Playstation 3 Rules: If the players do not agree on a stage within 15 seconds, the match will be random stage select. Its just that since Fighting Games are primarily offline MP , its hard to form a community to meet up and play .... The arcade culture was never well developed in india , but in other countries it is ... which is why youd see huge tourneys like EVO and stuff..
