Short of that the only way you can ensure minimal strain (and hence prolong your PS3 and prevent it from dying soon) is to jailbreak and back your games up and play them when you're playing off line. Yeah, the fat ones have the better drives, atleast they only YLOD'd on occasion. Still going strong here though. You could always try giving it a few knocks. dabba Posted February 24, 2011 Report Share Posted February 24, 2011 I guess i will do some surgery and attach the Blu ray disc of Ylod PS3 to Slim PS3 do that only if both are from the same region.... i read somewhere that if u put a different region drive in, it wont work... if the slim is bought in India, even oow will still get u 50% off.... unless u open it up...
