Well if you're worried about paying extra for 3G, I suppose a lot of folks would have a 3G capable phone with tethering atleast on IVG. You could always tether this using the phone as a wifi hotspot right? Or is that impossible for a game console to do?

As a sidenote, yesterday was the first time I ever tethered using my Nexus S on Vodafone's 3G connection.

Why do i have a feeling this is the PS4  Atleast the pricing would suggest that.....by the time it would be out, it might end up being costlier than the PS3

So? Its a portable, doesnt matter if its expensive than the PS3.

It doesnt have internal storage which is very expensive, thats why the GO was priced that way. NGP doesn't have all that, Sony knows that. They need a good market share at the start.

3g in India for playing online is

though the $100 price is fair comparing it to the competition but as Gaurav said rightly, Wi-fi hotspot using your phone would be the best option

i don not think it will be useful enough to pay for two 3G sim cards when one can do :)
