I think Sambha made a very intelligent point...i believe their government does give them child welfare money and all...that is why i guess... In our country though it is more shameful...was reading a report couple of days back abt people finding a field full of femal foeticide ....kya bolega.... rona ata hai is desh ka system aur jhoota values pe.... ^ Or for the welfare they get from the government for being unemployed with kids. That would be way more than they deserve. Their hands and legs should be taped and they should be tossed into body bags alive. Let's see how they like it now. +1.
