CarbonCore Posted April 12, 2011 Report Share Posted April 12, 2011 He couldn't go to jail because this was civil case, but he could've face massive penalties and Sony could've buried him under legal bills and paperwork by dragging the case for years. He can start calling himself something other than Geohotz, but the amount of information Sony have been able to get via the courts ie IP address, Google and Bluehost records, he can't do sh*t secretly either.
