KnackChap
Xbox Live is still having issues. They have been having issues since before Christmas. Reason? Live can't handle all the new users and is chugging under the strain. Well all these new users is cause for celebration over at Xbox and we were told we would get Undertow for FREE to celebrate. This of course was PR spin for compensation due to down time. The funny thing is, people are having issues downloading the free game, which is only free until Sunday. Hopefully the issues/celebration clears up by then. What's even more bullshit is that both Gold - PAYING - members and Silver members get the game for free. So what am I, a paying Gold member, going to see for time/money lost? Nothing. And what about the people that have already paid for Undertow? They are sh*t out of luck. Why don't we ask Microsoft about it? You can, but you won't get a response. Due to the class action lawsuit going on because of the downtime, Microsoft can't give us any answers or updates. This is causing me to reconsider renewing my Gold membership. I recently bought a PS3 and they have FREE online play. It's only been about a week, but I can't see any difference from what Microsoft offers for $50/year and what Sony offers for free. Microsoft, it's time to say SOMETHING. You have several pissed off paying customers. http://www.newspail.com/story/761 ________________________________________________________________________________ _______-
