dylanjosh
Kotaku just posted their review. It's late but it's amazingly detailed. It talks about how the different mechanics at play at the same time makes it a truly next gen and unique experience. http://m.kotaku.com/5861437/assassins-creed-revelations-the-kotaku-review Please read it
dylanjosh
@Sarath- The complete edition and the da vinci edition includes the dlc content. If you can, then get those. However if you can't then you're not missing anything too major. Ac2 complete edition includes 2 additional memory sequences (chapters/levels) and a few templar lairs. Acb da vinci edition includes the da vinci dlc plus a lot of extra multiplayer stuff like skins, maps and game modes.

Sarath
@Bagpipes and ligtUTSaber: thanks for the info. i think I will go with the special editions only then. I have time till the years end to find both the games so I will keep a lookout. @lightutsaber: Thanks for the generous offer. i am however a little old school in that i want physical disks with me and like to stack them up. Thanks once again. Are those codes for AC only?

spindoctor
so what's the general consensus on the single player part of this game amongst those of you guys who have played it? is it more of the same or is it actually different enough to be interesting? realsoccerdude111
A mixture of AC 2 and ACB lot more towards ACB side. Some people find it short and same as ACB but I find it great especially if you loved AC2 and ACB. Also the ending of ACR will give the series a new direction i feel.
lightUTSaber
See if u r fan of the series, this is must play game. it's a mix of ac:b and ac2.with new features of which the den defence and hook blade do not add much value. on the other hand u bomb which open new areas in stealth and warfare. each master assasin u train has a special story mission before he can become a master. Altiar's arc is well told and has lot of fan service. Desmond's story is well told. it shorter then ac:b and ac2,but i guess more would not be possbile in this game. The game beautiful, but yes it cannot match the festive time of venice in ac2,by far the best part in whole series. Also lastly the 100% objectives keep all the mssions more interesting. Tyler
I'll definitely play it. I'm a sucker for these OTT conspiracy stories.
CarbonCore
I have no interest in AC story, I just buy it for its gameplay, and now for MP. Its one of those very rare games where my shitty ping doesn't let me down in MP matches.
Tyler
Well we can always YouTube it. But it's not the same.

dullu
played the first 3 sequences out yesterday....stopped at the 4th. Game is so much more of the 'same'. Hookblade/explosives are a nice addition, but nothing i would yap about. It's good to know that this is the last game with Ezio as lead.
