i am not sure about others but for me brotherhood has been such a bad experience that it will be hard for me to get back to assassin creed series any time soon .......so much that i want to sell AC2 also...one of the best game i have played on any system ....so this game may have to wait long time for me to even try it out or i am probably done with ac series......

i dont understand why that makes you want to sell AC2

and why did you hate BH? It was just AC2 + lots of more stuff

You loved AC2 and hated AC:B? Brotherhood is like AC2 with all the stuff it was missing.

Anyway, picked up Revelations...

I liked how ac2 story picks up and beside like you said lot of new things from AC1....but brotherhood is all about ezio there was hardly any play with desmond... like i said there was few good fun in the game like shooting down horse etc and that cannon missions were good ...but there were hardly any thing else in the game...

actually i dont see how ubisoft is milking this series...after AC2 i was hoping it will take interesting turn but it is same sh*t...first he gets the apple after the in ac2 ...then he loses apple in acb early on...then he again goes to recover it....kinda want to let this series go and i dont feel the need to collect this now...i will buy it on steam as a full series pack some day....

C'mon dude..

The brotherhood - customizing them, sending on missions, using them in the game

War machine missions

Thief, Courtesan Guild missions, guild challenges

Assassination contracts

Templar Agent assassinations

Romulus Lairs

City Building

Shop Quests

Borgia Towers

Full Sync challenges

Christina Missions

Desmond VR missions

Subject 16 puzzles

and last but not least, multiplayer.

(ALL these are optional)

Not to mention the random messing around you can do with all the weapons and tools you have.

This game gave me 80 hrs of play time (40 SP, 40 MP) ... how can you say there was nothing in it?

i dont mean to say there was not much to do but story wise there was definitely not much to do....even i like guild missions and trying to do shop quests which was fun ...look i know its gives lot of gameplay hours and many parts are fun too but i really much into single player story and not in side quests and mp....most of sidequests mentioned above i did not even played....

When i try to collect a game i want to make sure its story is memorable or its gameplay atleast defines something so that even after 5-10 years i sit and play some of them i feel good to have collected them....otherwise it is max one time play for me...ac2 was that kinda collector game for me but seeing how they took the story from there in acb i kinda lost interest in the series story now after playing acb....ac1 had good story but bad gameplay ...ac2 had both damn well balanced ...acb may have gameplay but story for me is done for....

I still will try revelations but now not that eager....so will aram se khelga jab mood banega...

ah alright I agree with you that story wasn't that good.

but by skipping side missions you're missing out on the really good parts

I know...like i said there was good fun too...but story along with gameplay is important to me and not like i did not try any aide quests ...i did and i really found guild missions great...even did 3/6 but by then i was done with story and was pretty disappointed so moved on and sold the game.

I will buy it again some day as full series pack thing on steam or even console version if they come out with it...i know though it will be quite some time....i can wait as i said not really that excited about this series any more...

u mean killing of that girl by the hands of desmond...well yeah that was kinda shocking ....but i really did not like the story overall.

Actually I don't really care much for Ezio's story. I love the overarching conspiracy plot though.

The better part of this game is except the protagonists most of these events & men in them were almost real to the history.....i always wondered how much AC series prepared own script & how much they borrowed from historical conspiracies

Completed Sequence 7 and now am going after all the side missions. Finished the Hagia Sophia Challenge and a lot of Master Assassin missions over the weekend. Desmond journeys suck but they do tell a good back story.

One of the best things about this game is the variety in the side missions, even the assassin recruit missions are varied.

Amazing world and awesome characters. :majesty:

^^ But AC3 could have the same jump in quality/features as AC1 to AC2. And I'm pretty sure the guys at Ubi are smart enough not to give us the same thing for the 4th time in a row. AC3 will be different. Plus it would be difficult to avoid it after all this build-up.

Since you've been following the series for so long (you even picked up this game when clearly it's an attempt at milking the franchise) might as well stick around and see it to the end.
