EA wants BF3 to release at the same time. well i didn't know about it. i was sure a call of duty game would release this year, but i didn't know for sure that it would be modern warfare 3. there has been a lot of speculation over the past few months about how many studios are working on call of duty, there was word of a 3rd person action adventure game and also of a call of duty set in space. point being, there was no clarity what exactly it would be. but with modern warfare 3, activision is bringing out the big guns. EA is dumb , releasing a month before will be best strategy or they would lose customers or have to share them as very rarely people buy 2 MP heavy games in the same month i really do hope ea/dice go ahead and release this right along side mw3. call of duty will slaughter bf3 in sales and then, just maybe, they will be fed a little bit of humility after all their tasteless trash talking for the past year.
