Yes mate, it did have a Prime tag and I got my money refunded. The entire process was seamless. I posted because I wanted to shed light on the particular seller (mentioned in my original post) and to put in a heads up to everyone here to preferably not buy from him to avoid the same plight. I buy off Amazon almost on a regular basis. A large plethora of products. I'm just going to stick to buying storage media (HDD's in particular) locally from now on. Yup, no one can play dishonored 2 properly without VoLTE support. Dual SIM would be nice.
