They are genuine but : These companies make specially and separately for them at a lower price (as have seen some of models aren't available at retail stores) and quality is a bit lower and some might even be factory reject pieces. Not a single network related problem. I have a habit of walking while talking on the phone. some of the spots where i used to face issues previously while walking and talking dont seem to be present using this phone.
