I think it will get cancelled automatically within 24-48 hours and then the refund will get generated. You can if you create a US account mark it as Primary on your PS4.. then login to your account and use the same PSN.. Basically same as family sharing.. Though I think they're just starting off with that Collection thing, so probably not for some time.
