I was eyeing a kindle myself, I lost it on a flight recently but with a stroke of luck cleaning staff found it and I got it back. If I had to get one, I'd get it then. Kindle are built solid. Differences - 6 vs 6.8 inch screen, low res but functional vs high res 300ppi screen, and usb c but yeah, they are built solid and I don’t technically need a replacement ?
