Dropped it yesterday, phone got dents on two edges and got scraches on the back side. Wrote them a mail, BC MC tumhari maa ka sakinaka, purana phone dete ho naye ke price me. Got a call from them today and they apologized for such mistake and scheduled a hand to hand replacement within next 2 days i.e. the guy would take the old phone and give the new one right then.
