Order only from WS retail on FK, Amazon fulfilled items from amazon and top rated/power sellers from eBay with around 97+ feedback with no recent negative feedback. It was out of stock for almost a month now thats y selected snapdeal. Learnt a biggg lesson. Lets see if they solve the issue. Customer care no is always busy Grrrrr... Â Just go to the official stores and get there, maybe they'll charge 1-2k extra. First time this has happened to me, i thought flipkart were very professional.Don't worry. Just call them and tell them you got the wrong item and they'll exchange it in the next delivery. I had to write multiple mails , call multiple times to get a refund 2500 from them.. Eventually they took more than 3 weeks to refund my money.. ZooZoo Posted October 28, 2014 Report Share Posted October 28, 2014 Even i got a dead power cable with my 3D monitor but i purchased it from the shop and he used his own cable to test the monitor at the shop when i asked thus i was worried if the monitor broke during transit. Thnak god i had a spare power cable at hand to use and the local shop was decent too. When i called them up they said sir whenever you are around our shop for shopping or something, take a new power cable for free.
