NitroNeo
I bought the Samsung microSDXC 64GB Class 10 UHS-I Memory Card 48 MB/s with adapter from Cloudtail on amazon india during last week's sale. I read some reviews with some users reporting getting duplicate cards, but i thought with cloudtail i will get the genuine product. I received the order today & i too have got the fake one.Reasons why i think so,1] Apart from the 64GB EVO in white the genuine card has other text & arrow logo in light grey. Mine has it in black & there is no arrow logo.2] The genuine box has samsung logo with blue circular design on back while mine has SAMSUNG name in blue text.3] Also the box pack containing the card and adapter has stickers attach on it and the box packing does not seem to be a complete entity. Genuine:Mine (Fake?) If i return the product i don't want to take cashback via cards, netbanking or anything that involves them getting my bank details, i personally feel now amazon india is shady compared the the good western counterparts. So is giftcard now the only way ? It would be better if they give the money back with the guy they'll come for pick up when i apply for a return. Or at least give me the genuine product. Kazekage Gaara
I also bought a Samsung 32 Gb EVO+ card, and so far it seems genuine. Good build quality is clearly apparent. I am also satisfied with the read and write speeds, which are close to advertised. Although, I must say, when I tried to register the card with Samsung, it did say "invalid serial number". I'll try to email them and see what they have to say My conclusion so far, apart from the serial number not registering, I am 98% sure the card is genuine. You don't see detailed quality like this in fake cards

NitroNeo
Nitro do try this and report here. As i read reviews on amazon people who try to register face the same issue as gaara faced. The second review by Mubeen Nakade on the below link states You wont be able to register this card on samsung.com as company itself dont have any option to register this item and many other small peripheral products.. as per my call with samsung service. U just need a bill for warranty. http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00KUKYY4I?keywords=samsung%2064gb&qid=1445367055&ref_=sr_1_2&sr=8-2 According to him the card he bought was genuine but he states the arrow mark ones are the ones that come with adapter but i have the one with adapter but no arrow mark. Also check other most helpful reviews for this card, one person even tore up those fake stickers too. See the amount of negative reviews, most of them have the word fake, before anyone asks, i bought this card seeing the positive reviews by thinking with cloudtail as the seller I'll get the genuine article but it was not to be. I don't know if a store purchase is safe or not, but at least i can check multiple types of cards in stores, going for a sale was not the right choice in this case i guess.
