So this is what I got on ordering Brainwavz M2 from Flipkart, 999/- one from Idiot seller CANBERA.

 

Return initiated same day, picked up the nxt day itself and refund within 2 hrs after pickup . itna fast!!!!!

Guys, I bought - Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Combo (PC) - from Amazon for Rs. 199

 

But the product I received, both the seals are broken and retaped by the seller...

I opened it nonetheless in hopes that I'll at least be able to register the product and be done with it, but apparently THERE IS NO CD KEY BOOKLET INSIDE.

 

Some a**hole must've taken the CD key and returned the product, which unfortunately I got, and THE SELLER IS ALSO AT FAULT here for retaping this sh*t and sending it to me.

 

Spoken with Amazon and arranged for a pick up (which is at my friends place coz my pin code is not servisable) and UNFORTUNATELY, they are not agreeing for a replacement coz the product price is now Rs. 799.

 

Basically, am screwed. Lost a pretty good deal :(

Today i returned an item {didnt have all the accessories} and the ATS guy didnt even check if all the items are in there. Like he opened the cardboard took out the item and put it inside his bag and left as if he had a train to catch. :mellow:

I was wondering what will happen with dishonest buyers.

Did you check the back of the CD sleeve? That's where the key was for me.

1.The product which is selling for 799 is not from amazon(cloudtail)

2.The product comes in stock daily by cloudtail for rs 399 and goes out of stock by evening.

3.Contact them via chat and tell them the whole case and tell them that you want to place a new order and want the refund of the price difference.

Gaara I have been using Amazon chat for a long time now and its really awesome way to get your issue solved...I would recommend you to just give the full detail without any use of harsh words as I never had to do this..Do keep the pics uploaded on fb and link them the game box and the missing key note....If your point is valid then no issues for them to arrange for pickup and refund..Do me nation the broken seal with pics..And if the response is not good try again in the chat with a new member as some solve the issues better than the others..

^This. Never had to resort to any harsh tactics with Amazon. Their CS is damn good and if you can be firm without resorting to threatening and bullying they will compensate in some way.

Very much agree with above statements. Ranting & abusing in social media for every single problem without trying through proper channels first feels somewhat counter-productive.
