cognac-vsop Posted April 27, 2016 Report Share Posted April 27, 2016 I was able to get PVZ 2: Garden Warfare, NFL 16 and Dying Light on PS4 yesterday for Rs25 each. they even shipped it out. then today they cancelled all my orders. Saying "Returned: Were sorry. Unfortunately your package was undeliverable" when speaking to customer service 1st they tried to blame my address. i live in south new delhi, not some remote area.. when i pointed out my friend from a different city had his order cancelled as well.. she quickly shifted blame to "pricing error" i can understand pricing error on 1 game but these were several games for Rs25. and even today they had pc games going for 20.. Now i'm seeing some ppl are getting their orders. not sure what to do. they have not replied to my e-mails yet and the chat agents on their site are clueless.
