Amazon has this limit on number of items(specific) that you can buy. Is there a time limit for it, or is it per order basis, or is it for a given account forever? I mean if you were to buy consumables that has this restriction, does it mean I can never order again once the limit has been reached? Once the order is delivered, the counter resets. Until it's delivered, you cannot cross the max limit as mentioned on the page, otherwise it would be auto cancelled. flipkart's RetailNet, OmnitechTool are various branches of flipkart itself. But when the seller has no ratings/reviews, 99.99% chances are they will not deliver. This is like a disposable seller account to them. They just want to hoard genuine datas of random buyers and then the sellers will be removed from amazon. Consider this, lowest in amazon US the price it went for was $339.99 which was also a price match. So it is almost impossible for amazon IN to sell it at that price let alone any random newbie seller.
